            How do I remove a device that is no longer used from my NeuShield account?

            To remove a device from your account, sign into the NeuShield portallocate the device on the 'My Protected Devices' tab, and remove it from your account on the 'Subscription' tab. That device will be reset back to the “free” edition the next time it checks in.
